We all know that milk is very good when it comes to meal planning of a child. It also helps in providing the necessary nutrients for a child's growth.

The breast milk contains water, fat, proteins, lactose (milk sugar) and minerals which are the essential ingredients, other substances traces are:amount of pigments, enzymes, vitamins, phospholipids (substances with fat like properties) and gases.

The cow milk contains water, fat, proteins, ash and lactose only. Mothers, you can see the reason why the medical practitioners encourage mothers exclusive breastfeeding? Milk is very essential for growth and development of an infant and children.

A child needs certain glasses of milk each day.

-From 2-3 years:2 cups.

-From 4-8 years:2 1/2 cups.

-From 9-18 years:3 cups.

It is advisable for people of all age to take milk but as the person gets older, the milk intake reduces to a minimal of 3 cups a day.

So, let's include milk in our daily meal.
